Hot Barre brings the sculpting power of barre fitness into our heated studio, blending ballet-inspired movements with Pilates precision and yoga flexibility. Over 60 minutes you’ll work through sequences of small, controlled movements—pliés, relevés, leg lifts, and isometric holds—designed to fatigue specific muscle groups and build long, lean strength. The heat keeps muscles warm and pliable, reducing injury risk while amplifying the toning effects. Core engagement is woven throughout the entire class, improving posture and stability.
