Flow
About This Class
Flow is our vinyasa-style class designed for practitioners who crave creative movement and physical challenge. Set in the heated room and driven by an energizing playlist, this 60-minute practice links breath to movement through continuous, flowing sequences. Expect opportunities for arm balances like crow and side crow, inversions such as headstand and forearm stand, and dynamic transitions that build upper-body and core strength. Instructors offer progressions and variations so you can explore your edge safely. The heat enhances your range of motion, allowing you to access deeper expressions of each pose. If you’re comfortable with foundational yoga postures and ready to push further, Flow provides the creative sequencing and intensity to take your practice to the next level.
