About This Class
Sumits 80 is the flagship class of our studio and the foundation of the Sumit’s Yoga method. This 80-minute session is practiced in a heated room and weaves together static postures, dynamic vinyasa flow sequences, and a curated playlist that keeps your energy moving from start to finish. The class opens with a standing series designed to build heat in the body, strengthen the legs, and sharpen balance. You’ll then transition to a series of floor postures targeting the spine, hips, and core. Throughout the practice, instructors guide you with clear cues and offer modifications so every practitioner—from first-timers to seasoned yogis—can work at their own edge. The heat amplifies your flexibility, accelerates detoxification through sweat, and deepens the mind-body connection. Expect to leave feeling physically challenged, mentally clear, and deeply restored.
