The room is heated to approximately 105°F (40°C) with controlled humidity. The heat helps warm muscles, promotes detoxification through sweating, and increases flexibility.
Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing. Most practitioners wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Avoid cotton as it absorbs sweat and becomes heavy.
Absolutely! Most of our classes welcome all levels. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose. We recommend starting with Sumits 60 or Sumits Lite for your first class.
Bring a yoga mat, a large towel to cover your mat, a smaller hand towel, and plenty of water. Mat and towel rentals are available at the studio.
Students must be at least 14 years of age. Those under 18 require parent or guardian permission.
We recommend 3–4 times per week for optimal results. Consistency is more important than frequency—even twice a week will show benefits over time.
This is normal, especially for new students. Take a knee, rest in child’s pose, and hydrate. Your body will acclimate over a few sessions. Make sure to eat a light meal 2–3 hours before class and stay hydrated throughout the day.

Sumits 80 is our signature class blending static poses with vinyasa flow and music. Hot 90 follows the traditional Bikram sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in 90 minutes.
We recommend consulting your doctor before practicing hot yoga during pregnancy. Some prenatal modifications can be made, but the heated environment may not be suitable for everyone.
Auto-pay packages require a 30-day notification of cancellation and have a minimum 3-month commitment.
Yes, the studio has showers and changing rooms available for use before and after class.
