Hot 90 is a 90-minute class rooted in the traditional Bikram method, featuring a fixed sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The set sequence is performed the same way every session, allowing you to track your progress, deepen your understanding of each posture, and develop the mental discipline that comes with consistent repetition. The class begins with standing deep breathing to oxygenate the body, moves through a series of standing and balancing postures, then transitions to a floor series targeting the spine, hips, and core.
